Thank you for shopping at Chanak.ae.
We aim to provide a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all our customers across the UAE.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Location Estimated Delivery Time
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman 1–2 business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain 2–3 business days
Other Emirates 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand seasons or due to courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below AED 99: AED 20 shipping fee applies.

  • Orders above AED 100: AED 10 shipping fee applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional AED 10 COD handling fee.

All charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details so you can follow your shipment’s progress.


5. Delivery Attempts

If you are not available during delivery:

  • The courier will contact you to schedule a re-delivery.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us and may incur a re-delivery fee.


6. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote area delivery.

  • Unforeseen logistics or weather issues.

  • Incorrect shipping address.

We will always keep you updated if there is any significant delay.


7. International Shipping

Currently, Chanak.ae ships only within the UAE.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
